Opening – An Evening of Guests, Alpine Flavours & Swiss Music

17:00: Doors open and welcome drink offered to our first visitor

From 17:00: From the Swiss Alps to the City: Musical Stroll through from the Giardino Indro Montanelli to the House of Switzerland with UNESCO Yodelling, followed by a concert of Alpine horns in the courtyard.  

Start discovering our Alpine garden, the exhibition “How clouds move” by the Università della Svizzera italiana USI, pop-up installations by Switzerland Tourism and Swatch, and a curated selection of culinary delights showcasing the authentic flavours of Switzerland.

18:00-18:30: Official Opening Ceremony with Ambassador Alexandre Edelmann, Head of Presence Switzerland, and other guests.  

The “Swiss Sounds in Milan” concert series begins, in collaboration with the Radiotelevisione della Svizzera italiana RSI. From the stage, Swiss talents lend their voices in support of all the athletes:

Julie Meletta  

Julie Meletta is a singer-songwriter from Italian-speaking Switzerland, a captivating performer whose soulful music blends heartfelt storytelling with contemporary pop sensibilities. She began performing in 2017, but it was in 2023 - when she launched her French-language pop project - that her career truly took flight.

In recent years, Julie Meletta has graced some of the most prestigious Swiss stages, including the Montreux Jazz Festival and Gurten Festival. In January 2025, she was recognized by SRF3 as “Best Talent”, a testament to her rising prominence in the Swiss music scene.

And did you know… in 2025, Julie Meletta contributed as a songwriter to a track on Irene Grandi’s latest album!  

DJ YEELEN

YEELEN is a Swiss musician and DJ in constant evolution. She doesn’t just mix tracks - she thrives on transformation, creating sets that are an eclectic journey through sounds, labels, producers, and timeless gems. Starting from a foundation of house music, she seamlessly weaves Afro, funk, jazz, Brazilian rhythms, and diverse sonic textures into her performances. Moving effortlessly from deep grooves to driving, energetic beats, YEELEN turns every set into a living, breathing experience of musical metamorphosis.
